Ugali, also known as ugali pap, nsima and nshima, is a type of maize flour porridge made in Africa. It is also known as ngima, obusuma,obuchima, kimnyet, nshima, mieliepap, phutu, sadza, kwon. Ingredients of Liver, greens and ugali
- It's 1 of quarter liver.
- You need 2 of Royco cubes.
- You need 1 cup of fresh milk.
- Prepare of Beef masala.
- It's of Garam masala.
- It's of Ginger and garlic powder.
- It's 1 bunch of kales.
- Prepare 1 of big onion.
- You need of Grated tomatoes.
- Prepare of Coriander.
