  1. You need 1 lb of mild Italian sausage.
  2. Prepare 4 strips of bacon.
  3. You need 6 cans of chicken broth.
  4. It's 1 teaspoon of minced garlic.
  5. Prepare 2 cups of kale.
  6. You need 1 of whole chopped onion.
  7. Prepare 7 of potatoes.
  8. It's 1 cup of heavy cream.
  9. It's 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.

Zuppa Tuscano Olive Garden instructions

  1. Add red pepper and sausage cook all the way thru until no pink color. Drain sausage and set aside on plate.
  2. In same pot fry bacon until crisp. Set aside. Drain grease from bacon but leave tablespoon of bacon grease in pot.
  3. Throw chopped onion in all of it and garlic. Fry until translucent 5-10 min.

  5. Add heavy cream and fried sausage now cook to a boil and reduce to low.
  6. Add kale bring to a simmer and turn heat off and cover pot with lid for 5 minutes. Then Enjoy!.
  7. Everything is cooked in one pot!.
  8. (At the end of cooking add salt and pepper to your liking).
  9. If want to thicken this just slowly sprinkle flour and stir until desired consistency while its at a good simmer.
