Ingredients of Thai Pineapple Rice
- You need 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
- You need 2 clove of garlic, finely chopped.
- You need 1 cup of diced chopped carrot.
- It's 1 cup of diced chopped onion.
- You need 1/2 cup of diced chopped green beans.
- Prepare 1 tsp of brown sugar.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of fish sauce.
- It's 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
- You need 1 handful of shredded kale.
- It's 2 cup of cold cooked rice (I use 1 and 1/5 cup of Thai jasmine rice and 1/2 cup of wild rice).

- In seperate pan, beat the eggs and thin fried them until golden, roll on the chopping board and thin sliced it..
- In another saucepan pan fry shrimps until just cooked..
- Place shrimps and sprinkle those shredded omelette on to the stir fried pan. Stir well and served on the plate or on the pineapple shell. Garnish with coriander sliced radish and Enjoy !.
