  1. Put two cups of water to boil. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Add in 1 cup of rice to the boiled water..
  3. Boil rice till water is almost finished then cover it and allow it to simmer..
  4. Then taste if its ready and remove from the heat to allow it to cool down..
  5. Wash and cut the beef meat into small pieces..

  11. In a clean pan fry 1/8 of the chopped onions..
  12. When onions have turn brown put it the chopped kale and Sautée them for a few minutes. Add salt to taste, stir and cook for a few minutes..
  13. Then serve the meal together as a whole to get a balanced diet..
